Troubleshooting

My link isn't redirecting - 404s, wrong destinations, and unavailable slugs.

My link returns 404 - The link (or that short URL) was deleted, or has expired.

My destination isn't loading - The redirect worked - the problem is on the destination site.

My slug is unavailable - Someone (possibly you) is already using it on that domain.

My analytics isn't updating - Give it a few minutes - dashboard views can lag slightly.

Clicks aren't showing - Check you're looking at the right link or video.

Click count looks wrong - Usually a mismatch in expectations, not a bug.

Analytics are delayed - Expected lag, not lost data.

Attribution isn't working - Usually means the link isn't attached to the video yet.

My custom domain isn't working - Stuck on pending, SSL not ready, or a branded link 404s.

SSL isn't working - This is the "Activating" status - certificate issuing is automatic, confirming it isn't.

DNS verification failed - Almost always one wrong or missing DNS record.

Branded link isn't resolving - The domain probably isn't Verified yet.

Bio Page isn't loading - Not published yet, or the URL is wrong.

My Bio Links page isn't showing my changes - Edits not appearing, or images/videos not loading.

Image isn't loading - Re-upload it - an unusual format or oversized file can fail silently.

Video isn't loading - Only YouTube and Vimeo are supported, and the source video must allow embedding.

I can't sign in - Code didn't arrive, Google sign-in fails, or you're locked out.

Magic link didn't arrive - It's the same email as your sign-in code - check spam, then resend.

Google sign-in isn't working - Usually blocked cookies or pop-ups.
