My destination isn't loading
The redirect worked - the problem is on the destination site.
If your short URL redirects but the page it lands on is down or broken, that's outside GoloLink - the click was logged and the redirect fired correctly. Use the Redirect Checker to see exactly where the link ends up and what status code it returns, then fix or update the destination on your end.
