Only YouTube and Vimeo are supported, and the source video must allow embedding.
Confirm the pasted URL is a standard YouTube or Vimeo link - other video sources aren't supported on a video embed block. Also check the source video itself isn't private or set in a way that blocks embedding elsewhere.
