Code didn't arrive, Google sign-in fails, or you're locked out.
The email code never arrived
Check spam first. Request a new code rather than waiting on an old one - codes expire after a few minutes.
"Continue with Google" isn't working
Make sure you're not blocking third-party cookies or pop-ups for this site, and try the email code instead as a fallback.
I can't access my account at all
There's no password to reset - sign-in only needs access to your email or Google account. If you've lost access to both, contact support.
