My link isn't redirecting

The short URL 404s

Either the link (or that specific short URL) was deleted, or it's past its expiration date. Deletion is permanent - there's no restore, so you'll need to create a new link if that's what happened.

It redirects to the wrong place

Check the link's destination URL, and check whether it has geo or device redirect rules that might be sending your test visit somewhere other than the main destination.

A custom slug says it's unavailable

Slugs are unique per domain, so someone (possibly a different link of yours) is already using it on that domain. Try a different slug or a different domain - see Slugs and link expiration.

The destination itself doesn't load

That's outside GoloLink - the redirect worked, but the destination page is down or moved. Use the Redirect Checker to confirm exactly where the link ends up and what status it returns.
