My custom domain isn't working

Stuck on "Pending"

Verification only runs when you click Verify domain on that domain's row in Settings - it's not automatic. Click it, and if it stays Pending, double-check the ownership (TXT) DNS record matches exactly what GoloLink shows you; a typo or an extra record from your provider is the most common cause.

"Activating" for a long time

This means DNS is correct and an SSL certificate is being issued - this part is automatic, but confirming it's done isn't: click Verify domain again after a few minutes to move it to Verified once the certificate is ready.

Shows "Misconfigured"

One of your DNS records doesn't match what GoloLink expects, found the last time you clicked Verify - this can happen on your very first attempt, not only after something changes later. Compare your current DNS records against what's shown in Settings and correct anything that's off, then Verify again.

A branded link 404s

Make sure the domain shows Verified, not still Pending or Activating - links on an unverified domain won't resolve yet.
