There's no manual "pick two links and compare them" tool. Instead, the Analytics dashboard's top-links chart ranks your links by clicks, so you can see which are performing best relative to each other at a glance.
For an exact side-by-side, filter down to just the links or tag you want and read their numbers directly, or export and compare in a spreadsheet.
