Managing your links
Edit, search, filter, sort, and delete your links.
Editing a link
Open a link from your Links list to edit its destination URL, tracking (UTM) settings, geo/device rules, and expiration - each section saves independently, so you don't need to resubmit the whole link to change one thing.
Finding a link
- Search by name or destination URL.
- Filter by All / Getting clicks / Broken (the Broken filter needs the Growth plan - see Broken link monitoring).
- Sort by newest, oldest, most clicks, fewest clicks, or name.
Deleting a link
Deleting a link is permanent - it removes the link and every short URL attached to it, and its click history goes with it. There's no archive, pause, or restore: if you don't want a link resolving anymore, delete it, or set an expiration date instead if you want it to keep working until a specific time.
Short URLs vs. links
A single link (one destination) can have more than one short URL pointing at it - for example, one short URL attached to each video that mentions it. Removing one short URL doesn't delete the link or its other short URLs.
