What happens when no rule matches?
The visitor gets the link's normal destination URL.
If a visitor's country and device don't match any rule you've set up, they're sent to the link's normal destination URL - the same place everyone would go if you'd never added a rule at all. See Default destinations.
The click is still logged normally either way, so nothing about your analytics changes based on whether a rule fired.
